Sheffield BME Network
Sheffield BME Network was established in 2009. Zakaria Musah the coordinator at the Network explained that the organisation consists of two paid workers, eight board members and six volunteers. The Network acts as a platform for black and minority ethnic community in Sheffield. In doing so, they work directly with statutory and partner organisations. The Network offers three types of membership for anyone who wants to play a part in the organisation, these are as follows: associate, organisation and individual membership.
